Statement Scarf

Blouse (T.J. Maxx), Scarf (Target, similar here), Jeans (A&F), Shoes (Calvin Klein, last seen here), Belt (Steve Madden), Silver Heart Charm Bracelet (Juicy Couture, here), Other Bracelets and Rings (Vintage, Handmade)

Sometimes an item as simple as a patterned scarf can make any outfit stand out. I really like the tribal print that's seen a lot this season. The one above, that I bought from Target, was only about $10 (Even better).
I found this blouse at T.J. Maxx a few months ago for about $15. My point being, it's completely acceptable to have your shoes cost more than your entire outfit, right? ;)
I love these color block flats. The bright colors really intensify the orange and pink in the scarf!

Also, isn't my mom's bedroom gorgeous? She's in the middle of decorating it. The room is still lacking window treatments and some more artwork. The prints above her bed are from Japan in the 1950's when my Opa was in the service!
I just love the turquoise touches she added (my input, btw).

Excuse the quality of the picutres. I am still working on a better camera!

Anyway, tomorrow is FRIDAY ! I hope you all have fabulous weekend plans!

Get This Look For Less: Kate Moss

Clockwise From Left:
Pendant, $32

Kate Moss has the most awesome style of anyone, ever.
She always looks so chic and edgy, while also being unique. I just love this outfit she was spotted in. Between mixing navy, black, brown, and pairing heels with a casual outfit, I just cannot get enough!
Her looks are so amazing, she doesn't even have to do her hair or wear makeup!
This outfit can also be easily recreated with nearly every wardrobe.
Perfection.

Get This Look

 Cuff bangle, $110

I LOVE Olivia Palermo's style, but this outfit struck me in a different way (mostly because I have been eying floral pants this season). I love how she combined leopard print stilettos with floral pants! Mixing patterns is so fun, and I have been inspired to do the same...Hopefully in a future post.
I picked a simple black blazer for my version of her look, because it's more practical which can be worn over and over again (a staple for any wardrobe).
I have a huge crush on the bag she is carrying, but I found a similar one by Mulberry. It isn't necessarily a reasonable price, but it is a bag you will have for the rest of your life.
The spiked cuff adds a little edge to the ensemble, and the bright blouse livens everything up!

Outfit post coming soon!
I am presenting at our graduate conference tonight. So, I apologize for the short post today.
 Wish me luck :)

Do you like Olivia's look? Would you pair the floral jeans with different shoes or a patterned top?
